Overall Satisfaction with Socialbakers Suite
We have been using Socialbakers since it first launched. Our partnership with Socialbakers was first more of using it to evaluate the engagement rates of our brands and comparing them with similar brands from the same industry. Now, we are using Socialbakers in the strategy and campaign creation phase as the tool itself has been improved significantly over years. We are using Socialbakers for more than 150+ pages right now and the number will definitely increase in upcoming years. We mostly use Socialbakers’ analytics tool for reporting as it is a very strong tool and is much better than its competitors. It has a very clean interface making it very easy to use for our team. Sometimes, we don’t even implement a training course for our new employees, as the platform itself is very clean and understandable.

- In reporting phase, for each of our brands we also send Socialbakers weekly performance reports and thanks to great analytics features in Socialbakers, we save time in the creating phase before having comments and insights on the results.
Socialbakers' team is more open to have conversation about the product. They are more helpful and their customer service is way better. They almost do same things, however Socialbakers has a cleaner interface and it is easier to use by the team.
I think Socialbakers are doing everything that can be possible at the moment.
Their time zone adjustment just works perfectly. Every time, you see the exact time of the post in monitoring section. They are also helpful when there is a bug getting the data from the platform APIs. They solve the problem just in time.
The visualisation of the data is good enough. However, the platform itself can be more open to customisation as every client needs a different type of report. Customizable report sections can be upgraded.
With the help of the User Activity section in analytics, we can have great insights about which post is performing better at what time of the week. This is a GREAT way to have more interactions learning from the older posts’ performance in terms of time and interaction count.
