Overall Satisfaction with Socio

We are using it in the department of journalism and mass communications as a platform for hosting a three-day regional conference that has been in existence for more than 70 years. We also used it as a host site for the closing ceremony of a virtual summer camp we hosted a few months after the original regional conference.

I haven't used a lot of platforms like Socio, but their website did a great job of promoting the product and their support team was very responsive when I reached out to them for information.

I think it would be great for any organization that wants to host a large-scale virtual event. The platform's ability to track user engagement was a big one for my organization and there were even features made available to us that we couldn't use. I'm sure they might be more useful for other data-driven organizations. I don't think it would be a good choice for small organizations that don't have a budget to cover its use.
