Overall Satisfaction with Socio
Socio is a very easy to use platform. As a first time user I was able to master pretty much every feature we used. Of course when that wasn't the case, Socio's customer service reps were there to assist me!

- During our first year using the platform, they didn't have as many features as they do now. They're always adding things which is great!
- Easy for users to register / navigate
- Our attendees loved the platform. So much so that we might end up keeping it once we go back to in-person events. It made everyone feel very connected.
