Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager

We use it to deploy managed services to our customers and as a management benefit for our customer devices we support.

Pros

  • Automated device backups and inventory
  • Deploy mass changes to devices
  • Review past configuration changes

Cons

  • We are pleased with the product features and use.
  • It allows us to offer added services to multiple customers
Obviously well suited where devices are supported with current and modified device templates. Not well suited for other types of devices not commonly used or have device templates for.
