Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Serv-U

Serv-U allows us to have our users, both inside and outside the organization, access business critical files. This could not be done by email based on size limits, that Serv-U meets the business need.

Pros

  • Secure File Transfer.
  • Local User Accounts that can be used for outside users.

Cons

  • The LDAP authentication works but the home directory sets limits.
  • Enabling access to Virtual Directories would enhance the capabilities.
  • The ROI is very well worth it.
The support provided is there when you need it.
