Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At Cardinal Group (real estate/property management), we utilize Spekit to deliver just-in-time learning, primarily to our teams of onsite operators. We roll out a lot of new processes and technology, so having a dynamic and contextualized tool like Spekit has been a huge asset for us. Most of our content provides step-action guidance for various tasks throughout the property management systems we utilize.

Displaying actionable data analytics to inform our content maintenance strategy

Cons

Frequent version updates broke the force-install provisioning we attempted in Chrome (but haven't revisited recently)

The platform is highly intuitive, both for end-users and admins, and the support team have been wonderful to partner with.

Spekit excels at delivering contextualized guidance to users, especially those new to systems/processes. It aggregates information in one location to improve searchability, especially when leveraging the AI Sidekick functionality. They're rolling out some new features related to content creation and organization that we're looking into leveraging for new hire onboarding.
