Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Currently being used by the sales team to track our commissions. Solves the problem of waiting for commission to be manually calculated and tracked in a spreadsheet.

Pros

  • Collects all closed deals.
  • Total commission calculations.
  • Breakdown of monthly vs yearly totals.

Cons

  • Takes a long time to load.
  • Increased transparency.
  • Tracking for sales reps.
I used what I know how to use. Loading has been an issue. Takes a long time to load.
