Easy to use commission tool

It's very easy to use and there is a dashboard that summarizes the commission each month or quarter at a high level. Underneath that, there is an expandable table for each element of the commission (like net expansion vs. net retention) where you can see how each piece is calculated individually and the deals that went into the calculations.

Sometimes it can be hard to find what I'm looking for, especially signed documents. I also wish that it showed the previous month instead of current when pulling up commission tracking.

It made my life easier but having everything in one place and having the ability to raise inquiries directly from Spiff and I don't have to spin up an email or direct message the admins. I particularly love the historical data availability and having the option to download statements as well.

It’s simple and direct and doesn’t confuse the user from the endpoint. I personally like it because it’s welcoming to use and provides just what we need without adding any confusion to the mix. Additionally this usability and their understanding of how sales teams use the product is an added bonus. I welcome to see what improvements they might make to the tool.

This is a wonderful tool to see the real time performance of the executives. Also the data can be verified with other CRM tools in the organisation.
Month wise performance tracking is very simple and transparent with the hep of this tool. Each rep can keep an eye on the performance.
