Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

I use it to see how much commission I have earned and when it will be delivered to me. It solves a lot of problems in the sense that it tells me exactly how much I am owed and that is essentially the use case as well.

Spiff works very well in the sense that it accurately displays how much I am owed in terms of dollars earned via commission. Sometimes, however, when I log in I am met with an error. That error is simply showing the commission I would have earned in my first month on the job. I have to manually adjust it to the current month. Just another step in the process for myself.
It has increased the amount of trust I have in the process because I know exactly how much I am owed at all times. I can go onto the page and see exactly how much I should be expecting as soon as the customer pays. I mention the customer paying because we do not earn our commission until the month after the customer has paid.
I have never used another platform so I don't have anything to base it against.

Yes

Showing my commission but does not show when the customer has paid. It would be helpful if it was tied to billing as that is when we receive our commission. I would advise a partnership with Salesforce because that is what we use as a CRM. That would be very helpful for myself and many of our colleagues so we would not have to reach out to our billing team to know if we are about to receive a commission.
