Overall Satisfaction with StarWind HyperConverged Appliance (HCA)

We would like to have a cheaper solution compared to a storage system but with all the advantages and not the disadvantages. Here only StarWind HyperConverged Appliance (HCA) came into question. On average, we achieved a saving of 20% with comparable storage systems. Also the possibility to build a scalable virtual cluster that guarantees high availability. A high availability cluster was created for a data center. The system was implemented so that StarWind HyperConverged Appliance (HCA) can proactively point out problems and hardware defects that are still hidden from our IT, and four eyes are always better than two. It also takes the burden off our IT which is much more efficient than monitoring everything in-house. An SLA agreement is also offered along with on-site support with technicians.
The system has only been in use since May 2022 and to date we have had no failures. This was also the idea behind purchasing such a product so that a redundant system is available in case of failure. The VM's can be moved at any time in real time should a host cause problems.

StarWind HyperConverged Appliance (HCA) offers a product that is comparable to other high-quality systems but at a much more attractive price. Other providers are not so transparent and want to sell hardware for an expensive service. You have to be active yourself and make comparisons because otherwise, you will be spending a lot of money.

StarWind HyperConverged Appliance (HCA) offers a solution that is comparable to a storage system because it has all the advantages and is less expensive. It is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses that need to be more cost-efficient and are therefore more limited in choice, but this does not mean that StarWind HyperConverged Appliance (HCA) is not the right choice if a higher budget is available. The comparison should be made with StarWind HyperConverged Appliance (HCA) versus other manufacturers.
