Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors Learning

  • Clean layout, visually appealing
  • Consistently upgrading with new features
  • Integration of modules
  • Sometimes there was a long response time when there were bugs, which were many.
  • In particular, a couple of times the system didn't function at all, and the time to restoration was long.
  • Overall could use better navigation, or more consistent navigation -- i.e., you can print cleanly from one area but not another, etc.
  • It helped make the succession management process easy, because the system is easy to use
  • It was able to integrate the company terminology, thus reinforcing it
  • Sometimes, when it was unreliable, it lessened the credibility of entering information into it
Everything should be customized as much as possible up-front. Have a good contact in case of downtime or bugs. Consider existing other systems and how well they would integrate.

Using SAP SuccessFactors Learning

I think it is improving over time, and we will find more ways to integrate it into our other HR processes.
