Overall Satisfaction with Symantec Web Security Service

We moved to Symantec Web Security Service 5 years back from Forcepoint and it was expensive but in hindsight i can say it was a wise decision. Today our 130K users use WSS to get the industry standard protection from various internet based threats and in addition, it also take care of APTs and Data security issues. A single store solution is really helping us in better integrations and incident response.

The support has become average ever since broadcom acquisition and they moving to GCP. There is no focus of existing customers as the presale do not exist.

Yes - The response time for bug is average . They do fix them but takes lot of time.
