Overall Satisfaction with Syncfusion Essential Studio Enterprise Edition
We are an ISV and we use [Syncfusion Essential Studio Enterprise Edition] in many modules of our software. It allows us to implement great UI without building it from scratch many times faster. Some components are very unique like Diagram and Pivot Grid and some other are standard like Grids but both cases work very well.
- Unique component not easily found in other vendors like Diagram or Pivot Grid
- Very good support when we need help
- Easy royalty free licensing
- Many platforms available
- Always on the edge of new platforms
- Better documentation
- Publish all private support tickets for review of others by default unless the customer asks to be private
- More samples
- Some unique components that we needed and that why we started using it
- Very good support
- Totally positive impact improving our product
- First impression in a demo is always important
We have tried Infragistics and DevExpress and didn't have the variety of components that we needed
