Overall Satisfaction with Synoptix
I use it as a financial tool. My current operating system doesn't show the accounts on the screen and I use Synotpix to run totals. I also use Synoptix to see if accounts are valid and if I am needing to create new accounts. I am learning how to prepare the financial statements in it as well.
Pros
- I can see the accounts that I enter into the system
- I like that it can create and use excel functions for reporting
- Validate accounts
Cons
- I don't like using many buttons to click into a window.
- It isn't really user friendly - am using the desktop not the cloud
- I don't know the cost to compare the ROI, I know that I use Synoptix
- when I can't see the data I should in my current ERP
