Overall Satisfaction with Tableau Online

Tableau Online is used across our whole business. It has become our one source of the truth and always tells a consistent, near-live story of exactly how our business is behaving.
  • Gives a consistent, single version of truth across the company.
  • Is managed to give the picture as-of midnight each day.
  • Is intuitive and dynamic, relieving the pressure on the BI team (me!)
  • Occasionally there are in-depth analytical problems that it can't stretch to.
  • Graph types are limited to be correct, but occasionally you'll want to hack them or make them more involved, which is limited.
Intuitive, and useful for the whole business. If there's any in-depth analytics to be done, it can still be used to aggregate and source data but may need to be extracted for further analysis.
