Overall Satisfaction with Tableau Server

Tableau is being used across our entire organization for data analytics and reporting. The business problem it addresses is our business requirements, meaning us being able to keep a close watch on whether we're hitting our goals that were in the contracts with our clients.

Pros

  • Geo-mapping
  • Data drill-down
  • Sharing dashboards online

Cons

  • Better ways to move dashboard items, like when all items need to be moved 2 x or y radius to the right, down, etc.
  • More Graphs and Charts
  • Better color customization
  • Maybe a search bar for tools or other items
  • It has been great for the business to keep track of our data points and business goals.
It's great with complex graphs but it isn't user-friendly for the intermediate user.
