Overall Satisfaction with Tagetik

CCH Tagetik is being used at the moment by Unicoop Firenze across the whole organization, for the budgeting process, performance management and for the 3 Years Plan.

From a month we're using it also for Disclosure Management

Pros

  • Each end user is able to easily manage the application and his reporting.
  • Easy integration with other business.
  • When you have CCH Tagetik and you have to do a new project, you think ..... "Can I do this project with CCH Tagetik?"
  • Development times are much faster.

Cons

  • I would like to use all client features on web pages.
  • We have reduced the number of support calls.
  • We have greatly reduced the cost of maintenance.
particularly the ease management and the presence of a clear process and structured
I will deepen my knowledge: ease of development, development times, completeness of the application, independence from the software maker at the end of project.
