Overall Satisfaction with Taggshop

Taggshop is a brilliant social commerce tool, and it’s valuable for the hospitality industry. It helped us to showcase social media content on our website and turn it into shoppable galleries. Coming from the hotel industry, we have lots of content created by our customers and visitors on social media, we wanted to showcase this content beautifully on our website as this content is authentic and created by our customers.

With Taggshop, we created a gallery of social UGC and made it shoppable. So whenever a customer visits our website, they have sufficient media to check our rooms, pool-side area, food, and other amenities

Pros

  • Its ability to add and tag products manually for 100% accuracy.
  • The customer service was so efficient and quick. The team was available for any issue I faced and quickly resolved my query.
  • On-site UGC uploader is another great feature that helped me upload images, reviews and ratings directly on my site through on-site upload option.

Cons

  • I didn’t find any issues with my experience. It has all the features I require for my eCommerce efforts.
  • Overall, Taggshop addressed the problem of low conversion rates from our website by providing a more immersive shopping experience. By allowing customers to shop directly from social content by our customers, we were able to boost our sales exponentially.
I have used other platforms in the past, but I think Taggshop has all the features I needed. It works without any hassle and has competitive pricing.

Other than that, Taggshop is a great social commerce tool. However, it depends on your brand and how much you can utilize it. I think it’s also beneficial for D2C businesses that want to improve their conversions.
