Overall Satisfaction with Taggshop

Taggshop has been a great addition to our beauty brand's marketing strategy. As a newer brand, we were struggling to gain visibility and generate enough content for our social media platforms. With Taggshop, we collected and curated user-generated content from various social media platforms and showcased it on our website.

Pros

  • The product tagging feature was very useful, allowing us to sync products directly from our Shopify store. We were able to create shoppable galleries on our website, making it easier for customers to discover and purchase our products.
  • Another best feature we liked was the ability to track sales and analytics for each product tagged in the social content. It helped us understand which products were performing better and adjust our marketing strategies accordingly.

Cons

  • One area for improvement would be if the loading time could be improved.

  • Negative Impact - Need to solve lagging issues. By resolving this issue, it would be great choice for ecomm brands.
Previously we have used Olapic. However, Taggshop has worked better for us, both platforms provide almost the same features according to our requirements but Taggshop has better pricing and offers a free trial for 14 days. In comparison, Taggshop has worked better for us.

Overall, Taggshop has been an effective tool for our beauty brand, helping us generate 3 times more content and boost our sales through social commerce. The customer service team was also very helpful and responsive, addressing any issues we had quickly and efficiently under 45 minutes, It is a must-use tool for all eCommerce owners.
