Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS

We use TalentLMS to manage and facilitate all training for our multi-county, multi-site, non-profit organization. It has been a successful tool for the storage and management of all training records as well as providing employees access to their training information and additional opportunities. With ongoing annual training requirements, TalentLMS enables us to stay current throughout our diverse organization. We utilize it for approximately 170 employees.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with annual training requirements.
  • This allowed us to use the staff time more effectively than was previously taken up with manual training tracking. It is approximately 1 FTE.
The search feature alone is outstanding. When we needed technical assistance, it was provided with ease and clarity. Any representative we have worked with has been professional, knowledgeable, and good to work with, even if we were in different time zones or areas of the world.

This LMS was one of many we reviewed and considered. After almost three years, it has been a successful tool for our company. I encourage any business that requires an organized approach and system for training to consider TalentLMS. It is beneficial if employees are working at different locations or sites.
