Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS
We needed a product that could be used for software training for our customers and internal training for our employees, so we needed the ability to have multiple branches. We also needed a lower-cost solution that was easy to use and out of the box. When we looked at all the products out there, this fit the bill.
Pros
- Organization Structure of Branches and Groups.
- Fairly simple to use right away - not a big learning curve.
- As far as internal training solutions, this one is cost effective.
- Good easy to use tracking tools.
Cons
- The text is so tiny - it can be hard to see what you're doing.
- Homepage options and functionality for Branches are clunky.
- Notifications are limited and could be improved.
- Managers have used this internally to get new employees up to speed and trained faster. It's a great onboarding tool.
- Externally, we help our customers better self-serve when they understand the software they are using. This reduces calls to Customer Support.
- We've used training as an added incentive for our customers to maintain a higher level of service, resulting in increased ARR.
