We started with Tellennium the early part of the last decade to help us control our sprawling phone costs.
  • identify opportunities to reduce costs by eliminating extraneous services
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities for existing services
  • help negotiate best price for new services
  • provide industry insight into terms of service and where to negotiate.
  • Can pay bills and provide upload to financial system.
  • We are actually pretty pleased with the service. Most of the issues we saw at the beginning have been rectified.
  • Ability to manage external invoices for specific services.
  • Ability to monitor and help control costs.
  • Insight into telecommunications market for negotiation purposes.
  • especially initially, Tellennium saved us 30%-40% on telecom costs.

If you have lots of subscriptions to various services, for example a variety of voice and/or data providers, they do a great job. They can also handle mobile carriers, although we chose to handle this ourselves due to our own internal issues.
