Overall Satisfaction with Tellennium - Management of Things (MoT)
We use Tellenium Management of Things to compile and consolidate our monthly invoicing to simplify our bill processing, audit our carrier usage to minimize extraneous and unnecessary services and manage billing disputes and circuit failure issues. Before engaging with Tellenium MoT, we often had carrier services shut down due to a lack of payment since we did not have any dedicated resources to stay on top of the hundreds of monthly carrier bills we get. We were not efficient at shutting down unused services, nor following up with carriers' open circuit issues.

- Providing a dashboard with a drill-down ability to access detailed invoice and cost information for any and all of our carriers.

We did look at several competitors of Tellenium MoT 5 - 6 years ago when first considering carrier issues assistance. Tellenium's pricing and breadth of services were the best of all considered.
