Overall Satisfaction with Tenfold
Tenfold has been a tremendous help since we first implemented it into our systems. The ability to track calls, connects and other KPIs is absolutely essential when it comes to our day to day operations and ensuring that we meet our monthly, quarterly and yearly quota. Thanks Tenfold!!!
- Click to Dial is a huge plus
- The tracking reports are fantastic
- The integration with our CRM is seamless
- Click to dial freezes at times
- Roughly speaking, it's increased revenue and other productions by 10-15% overall
Much better - I didn't have as much experience with this as I did with Tenfold but it's clear that Tenfold is superior.
