Overall Satisfaction with Teradata Vantage

We use the product for massive data processing and storage that supports our analytics operation. We have an application ingestion scenario considering many types of sources that demands a high potential for paralllelism and SLA compliance. We have Teradata as a solution with great customer support and constant improvements in our architecture.

There is a lack of monitoring of processes in a more visual and user-friendly way.
Service in Portuguese.
The support team is in the US only.Comparing to the solutions of the market, the Teradata manager demands to be improved.. The solution could be more complete - giving more automated metrics and dashboard for the operation
The Teradata is leader and reference in the market.
We had a project to migrate from Teradata on premise to Teradata Cloud, bring advantages por example: we can inprovement our worklouds with low impacts for our infra solution e bring better experience to work in the cloud tools without change to orchestration tool.

Teradata has a good technical and business team to support its product.An engaged team to resolve and propose ideas for using the product.The documentation is very rich and easy to access.There is a lack of good monitoring of the use of your environment.There is no support in Portuguese.
