Overall Satisfaction with Textedly
We use Textedly to keep in touch and market to prospective and existing clients. In the past, we did this through email or individual SMS messages, but with Textedly we can now fire off messages to targeted groups very quickly and easily.
Pros
- Large group messages.
- Helps target through use of keywords.
- Helps with our mails list organization.
Cons
- Would like the ability to send longer messages.
- Key word searching.
- Message scheduling.
- Inbox messaging.
- Textedly has freed up a lot of my time previously sending out individual messages to different contacts. With the built-in client database and the ability to quickly send off mass messages, I now have more time to focus on the areas of my business I'd been neglecting.
