Overall Satisfaction with Textedly
I use Textedly to send alerts to our staff and contractors regarding staff training, office closures due to weather, holiday greetings, and even a "Welcome to Mountain Area Community Services, Inc.!" text for our new employees. This is one way that everyone can be alerted at once - it saves time and everyone gets the same message.
Pros
- Ease of Use!!
- Great customer service when I've had to contact them.
- Great analytics.
Cons
- When I delete someone from the system because they have left the company, I'd like to see them actually DELETED from textedly.
- Ease of use.
- Cost - it is certainly cost efficient.
- I like being able to schedule the day and time for the texts to go out.
- I don't really have the figures to support this question, but I do know that if folks don't GET their text for some reason, they are calling to find out why!
