Overall Satisfaction with Textedly

I use Textedly to send alerts to our staff and contractors regarding staff training, office closures due to weather, holiday greetings, and even a "Welcome to Mountain Area Community Services, Inc.!" text for our new employees. This is one way that everyone can be alerted at once - it saves time and everyone gets the same message.

  • Great customer service when I've had to contact them.
  • Great analytics.
  • When I delete someone from the system because they have left the company, I'd like to see them actually DELETED from textedly.
  • Ease of use.
  • Cost - it is certainly cost efficient.
  • I like being able to schedule the day and time for the texts to go out.
  • I don't really have the figures to support this question, but I do know that if folks don't GET their text for some reason, they are calling to find out why!

In my opinion, this program would be well suited for any business that wants to keep its employees engaged. It gives almost a personal touch to let them know about alerts, company activities, office closures, etc.

Using Textedly

Sometimes I wonder if I'm just overlooking something because it's so easy to use. It literally took no time to be up and running with this program.
