Overall Satisfaction with Thinkific
I have been struggling with starting an online training platform for over six years. :( I am super technology-challenged, and as a one-woman business owner (and I work full-time, as well), I needed an easy-to-learn solution for my training business. And I found it! Super easy, with great how-to instructions and videos, and a quick response to emails. I have also recorded my presentation, and it is just as user-friendly. I feel empowered and able. Thanks Thinkific!

Cons
- When you add a new user and the person reports not receiving the notification email, there is no way to resend it. I need to edit the user and cancel their account. Then add it back again.
- Has increased my income!
