Overall Satisfaction with ThousandEyes

I have used ThousandEyes for some of my clients because they have required some network surveillance and remote work capabilities for their employees. It is used by the whole team of my client and they feel secure while using this and have data transparency. I have also recommended this to some of my colleagues for their particular network-based requirements.

Over the competition, ThousandEyes contains all the solutions in one place. They also have a very high price if you buy as an individual. But ThousandEyes bundle pricing is low compared to others, so overall cost effectiveness is a major factor in favor of ThousandEyes.
The support team of ThousandEyes is very cooperative and also they provide solutions very quickly with extensive reasoning for sticking on a particular path. I have personally interact many times and get explanatory solutions for my queries and concern. So overall, they work well with great knowledge and expertise in their field.
