Proactive monitoring of network connectivity for both onprem-to-onprem and onprem-to-cloud utilizing enterprise agents and cloud agents. Also monitoring of specific applications and services such as Webex and M365.
- Synthetic tests
- Packet loss, jitter, latency calculation
- Determining the problem points in the network
- Webex meetings. Currently only audio test is available.
- More support of endpoint agents, e.g. Android clients
- Visibility into what's happening in our network
- Visibility on what's happening with our service provider's network
