Use Cases and Deployment Scope

TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM is being used across the organization to design and control the traffic of information between the different Treasury Information Systems. It is use to check and monitor the transactions of the Financial Products.

Pros and Cons

Simplifies the development of transaction processes in a complex environment
It has a complete graphical interface that allows an intuitive use
It provides a useful Test Environment

the application pre-designs the structure of the process as it is created and sometimes it is difficult to undo some configurations

Return on Investment

It is necessary to be able to interact with other systems and facilitate their access
Allows flow of information between them

Likelihood to Recommend

It is highly recommended to use TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM in an environment with many Information Systems managed by many independent actors. On the other hand, if the number of Information Systems and applications are low or the transactions between them are low it is not recommended.

In addition one has to consider if these processes are susceptible to many changes or if they will be maintained by one or many actors. If they are static or only a few groups of people will design them, it is not recommended also.
