Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO BusinessWorks

BusinessWorks connects all payment processing systems into one single gateway. Also it is the backbone for providing 360 degree customer view under one dashboard.

Pros

  • Very scalable
  • Widely used standard data exchange protocols like JSON, Xml
  • Minimal to no coding required

Cons

  • Should catch up with changing technology trends quicker than what it already does
  • Better training partners
  • More integration options
  • Very positive impact as we were able to show a 360 degree to customer increasing visibility for sales teams
  • Fully integrate all payment applications with central bank and swift gateways resulting in reduced processing time
  • Minimal coding approach helps us require fewer developers and reduces costs
Much better scalability and works better with non Microsoft based systems
Providing a 360 degree dashboard for customers where multiple system integration is required.
