Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Cloud Integration (including Scribe)
TIBCO Scribe Online is being used to integrate with systems of record for human services. We have a web application that is a nice user interface but needs client data, which Scribe Online is used to pull and push that information from the client's system to ours. The business problem of not having enough time to spend with clients is handled.

API is extremely important to the underlying business aspect - having data flow between on point to the next with an API is very positive. API creation and management like TIBCO Cloud Mashery is impeccable to the business layers. Cloud extension services will change the future as well.

Being able to install an integration agent on an on-premise server has been amazing. The local integration (database wise) has been very smooth. We bundle this as a hosting service with out software platform and it makes perfect business sense. The impact to our organization have been positive in many ways.
I have used a small sample integration mat to understand how to carry variables through the map. I have also used the community site for SO many ideas and examples, it's been amazing. I do plan on using more sample integration maps to understand the more advanced features I have not used yet.
MuleSoft was evaluated but we did not like it at all. For one it was more expensive, and the interface was not what we expected. The Scribe Online platform was excellent, but now the TIBCO cloud integration "family" is incredible and has many options for us to move forward with.
