Overall Satisfaction with Spotfire

Different departments, including (HR, OM, etc..). Each department has their own unique KPIs. At the moment we've encountered no problems, although it would be nice to allow the user (developer) more "freedom" when it comes to modify and generate custom analysis.

It was a client request to use Spotfire. At first my colleges were not very happy with this (since they've been working with other tools), but once we learned to use Spotfire, we all discovered it was a great tool, and very well suited for the client requirements. I personally like it very much!
Business Intelligence: We are working with different departments, including (HR, OM, etc..), each with their own characteristics, that is, different KPIs (key points of interest) to analyze, Spotfire gives us the chance to look at a very good amount of information at a glance! This allows us to offer our client the best solution for data visualization.

TIBCO Cloud Capabilities

At our current project, the client wanted custom visualizations (not those currently present inside spotfire). For example, the wanted a full custom waterfall using jviz. We immediately communicated with the tibco spotfire team, and they help us design this full custom visualization. After it was finish, they offer support and help if something went wrong

Help me a lot. It help me get a more detail view of all Spotfire capabilities. Slides and learning material, along with the given examples, are awesome, and well suited for self-paced learning! I started learning on my own, I installed Spotfire, and immediately started to study it, and making analysis on my own.
Also received an in-persona training (at the beginning of the project). This helped me, and all of the project team members to get a clear overview of all Spotfire capabilities and functionalities. The instructor was very nice and patient, she really got involved with the group. Slices and learning material great!
Also receive an online training (at a intermediate phase of the project). This help me, and all of the project team members to get a more profound knowladge of Spotfire capabilities and functionalities (great after being at the in-person training!). Slides and learning material great!

Intuitive, easy to use, the manual is well done and organize, so it gives you the possibility to consult specific points!

A very nice product! Easy to learn how to use! Gives us the possibility to get data from different databases (which is a key point when working with different departments, because each has it's own system).

Always willing to help. Very responsive and educated people. Me and my team were really satisfied. Always available (since we're in Italy sometimes when needed to communicate with the US, despite the time difference, we were always available to get help from the Spotfire support team) In overall, very good! No complains!
