The tool was used to replace existing tools such as QlikTech and Microsoft Power BI. There were graphical configurations of operational indicators for the entire company. A powerful analysis tool that combines our NPS/CSAT and Ticket support history and data for trends in issues and instabilities in our systems. Its query engine is extremely efficient for high-speed input data processing and also for performing Ad-Hoc queries based on demands. details our records through its extensive data visualization capabilities such as tables and graphs.

Easy to use and is a very flexible tool. Great to have multiple services. Find it to be a trusted platform. The ability to add Iron Python scripts and include code snippets is very useful. Like the style of the created views.
