Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Spotfire
We use TIBCO Spotfire mainly to display data in the form of dashboards. It is used by us to make decisions on plan changes by advising whether new production plans are realistic and in line with past performance. Various inputs can be quickly changed if the production plan isn’t realistic and then a new review of the dashboard occurs. Having unrealistic plans causes waste in the supply chain.

- Display data in an easy to digest form
- Ability to change views on the fly
- Initial Load time is slow
- Graphs aren’t always visually appealing
- More options for input data sources
I find both Microsoft Power BI and TIBCO Spotfire very easy to use. I would rate them on par with each other. There isn’t much to differentiate them. Maybe the learning curve on TIBCO Spotfire is a bit steeper than Microsoft Power BI.

In person training initially was great as it got us used to the software and able to ask questions. The online training post in person training worked great as we could go at our own pace and refer to the material later on when we ran into trouble once implemented
