Overall Satisfaction with TikTok for Business
We use TikTok to create engaging videos for our business at Two Men and a Truck - Ocala/The Villages. This helps mostly with recruiting, as the age range of those using the platform is predominantly younger. It also helps engage our employees and make for a more engaging workplace. Our scope is simply within our franchise, spanning 25-30 employees on average, depending on seasonal hires.
Pros
- It does not require a large ad spend to get good visibility
- Extremely good platform for brand discovery
- Local business can thrive more here with behind-the-scenes content
Cons
- There is constant change on the platform, from available content to what is trending
- Direct conversion tracking does not have good results
- ROI is harder to track with a less rigorous analytics platform
- Increased followers of the company by 90
- Increased engagement with social media by 5%
- Time spent on video editing before posting is high
