Overall Satisfaction with Time Doctor
I use the software to monitor my time allocation. In a management role, my responsibilities vary from partner development to financial management to staff management and strategic planning. I find it helpful to see where my efforts have been spent and comparing that time investment to results achieved.
- Reporting - I value the flexibility of viewing activities by day, week, and month in order to compare.
- Reliability - Only on the rare occasion are there any software interruptions.
- Editing - I regularly use this feature to correct improper task entries/time allocation that often may be overlooked by me during a busy day.
- Task allotment to Project - I would welcome the ability to allocate tasks to specific projects in a more user friendly way.
- Automated Reporting - Often, I don't make the time to analyze the data being tracked. The ability to create/edit reporting fields and display options to be sent at periodic intervals would be great.
- Ability to anonymously compare time use to similar users serving in the same capacity/role. This would help to highlight trends in time use that may require amendment or re-consideration.
