Toad Database Developer Tools does the job. Quickly too

Overall it is an excellent tool but it is overly complex. There is a such thing as too many options.

I can only speak to my use need and use which is limited. I use it to acquire data for spicific analysis as required to do on any given day. I also have occasional need to tweak data directly. It works great for what I need and use it for. It would be unfair of me to look for less appropriate uses.
