Overall Satisfaction with Traqq
We have had a problem tracking our employee's time and what they spend their working hours on. With Traqq we managed to tackle this issue and even more - have automated scheduled reports every week on the employee's productivity (website categories they browse, time spent off the computer, etc.)

I haven't used any other products in this area but I think Traqq will be my choice as it provides all the features and services that I would be requesting from such a product. We selected it because they have excellent support and a smooth onboarding process.
