As we have an LMS platform, the DLP is playing an essential role, helping to prevent our data from loss and high security breaches.

Pros

  • Security activities.
  • Log monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Data protection.

Cons

  • Customer data protection.
  • Helps to analyze and root cause of the issue.
  • Endpoint - used to manage our systems.
  • Strong Policy Management.
  • Realtime Alerts and Blocking - very useful to monitor and thread protection.
  • It takes full control of our mail, storage, etc.
As my experience with DLP, I can give 9, such a good tool, easy to access, easy to configure, scalable, and reliable.
Where others have the same features, but DLP is an easy accessibility tool, and I personally like this.
