Overall Satisfaction with TripActions
My main issue with TripActions is they act as a travel agent and they are useless if the is an issue with a third party, they simply give the run around telling you to get with that third party for example, Priceline to resolve. Priceline will tell you to get with TripActions and they will say get with the hotel for example, when you do they will tell you to get with TripActions. Next issue they bill $25 for what they consider alternative trip, in other words if you don’t merge trips then is additional $25. This is ridiculous in my opinion but to make matters worse there is not alert, they said it is on the invoice but any invoice I have gotten is for the current month says you can’t download, but the invoices without the $25 fee I can download. End of the day I just won’t personally use it.
- I received $175 in $25 feed for past two trips
- Wasted half day trying to resolve an issue where I was double booked.
- These are my personal opinions of trip actions and not those of the entire executive group
