Overall Satisfaction with Troop Messenger
We opted for Troop Messenger’s on-premise model. And this is the first time we are using a self-hosted chat since not many could provide it. The deployment process was very simple, it just took a few hours to deploy it completely. Moreover, it has multiple features so we can work from a single UI without scattering on multiple UIs.

We created groups based on projects, responsibilities, teams, etc., of course, any tool can facilitate it but Troop Messenger has some key features like Unread Messages, Respond Later and other options, which boost the communication.
