When I started working with UiPath I realized that it was a tool that would make a big difference in the market. Using it since 2015 I realized that the main focus of UiPath is to bring ease in the development of the robot. And that's exactly what the tool provides us. In addition, the online academy is a great differential. With free courses and a wide range of courses available, it is very easy for anyone to learn what RPA is and start applying it on a day to day basis. The Community version of the tool is also a great advantage compared to other tools available in the market.
In addition to the strengths mentioned above, the ease of integration with other tools is also somewhat surprising. Creating Custom Activities is something very easy to do. To this day I have not seen any situation where it was not possible to use UiPath to resolve because of this easy integration.
I can not stop commenting also about the Forum. There you can connect with several people who also use UiPath and share experiences. With just a few clicks you can find the solution that bothers you so much, as well as being able to share your own experiences.
In conclusion, I believe that UiPath is the market leader precisely for bringing ease of development and especially for listening to its users.
I've been working with UiPath since 2015. When we compare this RPA tool with others available in the market, we can see that the big difference is community-focused work. In addition, we can see that Uipath has been perfecting itself very quickly, which makes it a bit difficult to keep up with so many changes in such a short time. I would not say that this is a disadvantage, but that it is necessary to be in constant learning. Another point I wanted to mention is that the Orchestrator is a bit expensive, since it is necessary to purchase it separately. We should also make it clear that Orchestrator is only worth it if we have at least 50+ robots in operation. The lack of a resource that manages fewer robots is something that would be needed.
