Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Process Mining (formerly ProcessGold)
We started to implement UiPath 2 years ago and it seems really helpful to us as well as other departments. This amazing tool helps us to automate some of our current manual processes which also assists to cut down human error and provide add-on services for our customers.
- Download & upload documents from internal to external party.
- Checking & retrieve documents as per customer request.
- Update shipments info into external portal.
- Shipment creation.
- Debugging, once the bot gets stuck it does not highlight which steps it couldn't go through.
- Sometimes we need to reinstall the Chrome extension.
- In the UiPath platform, it should have a channel for users to suggest new functions to be in-built in the Activities panel, and which also allows users to monitor and discuss the topic with other users/developers of the software.
- We can actually save manpower (considerably) and put that manpower in other tasks.
- Offer new services to customers without increasing manpower.
Both tools offer a community version, however UiPath's speed gives it an advantage. Moreover, UiPath is quite user-friendly as most of the common functions are already built-in inside the Activities panel.
