We use Vantage Circle to award/reward vantage points to the best performers of the team. Also it is used as a medium of recognition for many competitions/quizzes held within the organisation.
Pros
- variety of vendors to shop and purchase
- redemption of points is easy and quick
- offers going on entire year on various electronics items and cars
Cons
- cover more offline stores and eateries like Mcd , dominos , etc
- allow gift cards of smaller denominations also like 50 and 100
- Redemption of points
- Employee friendly in matters of redemption
- makes rewardees happy when they purchase something instead of cash award in salary
VC has better options when it comes to redeem the vantage points and also the UI is user friendly
