Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

When we want to appreciate the employees for their performance, achievements on a quarter basis this is the best way to recognize them to let them buy what they want buy giving points

Pros

  • You can buy almost any voucher that you want
  • It also gives points for purchasing
  • Easy accumulation & easy redemption and instant redemption which is great

Cons

  • No way to redeem odd no of points such as 129
  • Quick accumulation

  • Easy to appreciate & gift employees without tax implications

I was able to redeem the points instantly when I had decided to buy some cloths on Flipkart. Less appropriate was when I was not able to redeem all the points because it was not a round figrue
