Vantage Circle is being used in our organization for recognizing employee efforts. Employees are awarded with Vantage Circle points in their Vantage Circle account which they can redeem for different e-commerce site gift cards. Variety of e-commerce sites are available to redeem gift cards, offers and discounts can be availed from the website.
