Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
Vantage Circle is a good way to reward the employees and keep them motivated. We use this platform because it gives easy and convenient way of redemption of the points which are awarded to the users.
User friendliness and prompt redemption together with various options make this platform a unique one !!

Pros
- Easier way to give Reward points to users
- Various options of redemption of the accumulated points
- Account management
Cons
- There is no end to improvement so adding more options of redemption can be one area
- Redemption should be possible in lesser amount of points as well . Right now minimum points for redemption is 50
- Should try to give offers on special days like birthday, diwali etc

- As it is SAAS product so we were able to use this platform from day 1
- Looked at other products in the similar space but Vantage Circle's user friendliness wins on others
