Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

Vantage Circle is basically used in our organization to empower colleagues by appreciating them by either awarding them with badges or by awarding them with cash coupons. Also, vantage circle page has daily updated discount coupons which i've used multiple times and saved a lot of money. The UI is very clean and easy to use.

  • Providing vouchers and coupons
  • Easily accessible and redeemable points.
  • There should be a tracker in place for websites i need coupons for and as soon as its in store it should give a notification by mail or popup.
  • Using gifs and pictures when appreciating or commenting would be good.
  • Video message option can also be there.

  • Vouchers and coupons for most of the online shops and e-commerce stores.
  • Easily redeemable points.
  • Appreciating culture is brewed among the peers by using vantage circle.
  • Easy integration with teams also helped as a catalyst to this culture.

Vantage Circle is best suited in the workplace where colleagues can appreciate their peers freely without the hierarchical inferiority barriers. It is suited for employees who like to be appreciated by getting vouchers and points and coupons which can be easily redeemable.
It's best for corporate employees working from home as they can't get together for a chill event and in that case manager can provide points to the employees and they can spend it as they like.
